Excellent Projects was pioneered by late Mr. Mohan K. Nair in the name of ‘Excellent Engineering Construction’ in the year of 1988. His dynamic vision and confidence along with our highly competent staff has made this company the success story that it is today. We started our company as mechanical subcontractors but we shortly made our presence felt and became the primary contractors for reputed names in mechanical and construction industry. In 1996, we incorporated Excellent Projects (I) Pvt. Ltd. and since its inception it has always managed to match up to the expectations of our esteemed clients. We have also introduced full-fledged workshop facilities at MIDC, Taloja and Jamnagar, Gujarat.

Excellent Projects (I) Pvt. Ltd. is well equipped with a fleet of heavy construction equipment, tools, machinery and a team of qualified, dedicated and experienced engineers, skilled foremen and technicians to undertake large construction and plant maintenance contracts.

We take pride in successfully completing numerous projects in an efficient and safe manner, helping our clientele get the desired results in the most time efficient manner. Our work standards have helped us get Indian Boiler Regulations (IBR) certification and we also confer to the latest ISO 9001:2015 standards. Plans are underway to get Occupational Health and Safety Assessment Series (OHSAS) certification for our company.

We have been fortunate to see our company expand exponentially not only in terms of experience and values but also financially; making us a Rs. 350 million group today. We readily provide services to cater to our clientele’s requirements. Some of our services include shutdowns and turnaround jobs, heat exchanger service and repair, scaffolding, hydrojetting, bridge crane operation and many more. Plans are underway to convert our company into a public limited entity and match international standards of safety and quality in diversified fields such as rentals services, production, project execution and many more.
