The Aerial Tube Bundle Extractor is suitable for use on all Shell and Tube Heat Exchangers to pull/insert max up to 2.5 meter. Diameter and bundle of 45T & 12meter length. It uses a special lifting frame, which is constructed in such a way that it has a maximum reach up to 5.75 meter inside the technological structure. The load is trimmed using an Aerial Balancing Cylinder which makes it easy to off load the bundles when the extractor is put down on the ground. The massive power of 50,000 kg is compensated against the shell flange and not against the structure.
Hydro Jetting Rental
Hydro jetting is a method of cleaning pipes, tanks and surface that involves pumping of high pressure water on the pipes. Excellent projects provide a comprehensive service of hydro jetting/ blasting of pipes for removing blockages with the help of our Hydro jetting machines up to 25000 psi and a trained crew specialised in such operation.
